This is a really cute 1st birthday theme set. It has almost everything you could need (just need to add your balloons) for a little ones 1st birthday!The cups are a little on the small side, but you get a good count of each item for a small party. It also requires a little bit of DIY to put the sign and the cake topper together but you have everything you need to do it, including some tape dots and even a little needle to thread the string through the sign so it's really no big deal and probably helps keeps cost down as well as it coming in good shape.Overall very happy with this set and would recommend this purchase.
