Comforting and fun
My Well-year-old daughter absolutely love this watch. My husband and myself also love it because it’s a great way to keep in contact when she travels . It’s very easy to use and has fun features like a camera , voice messages and emojis . The watch is also perfect size little hands to operate the screen functions . I love how she’s only allowed a controlled contact list and I can manage everything from the app . The only complaint is the game they have on the watch is pretty useless and she can’t really customize the watch with home screens . You have to use the preprogrammed ones . The gps has a tendency to be off as well but not off like completely different states. The battery life could also be better but it’s perfect for the amount of time she uses it for . We have recommended this to friends and are going to buy watches for Christmas for are Niece and nephews .

Inconsistent and unreliable
We got this watch 2 days ago and had no issues programming it and pairing with app on phone. However the whole thing is very inconsistent and unreliable. The call and messaging functions sometimes work, but most often they don’t. Also, my daughter has tried sending messages to my husband and the messages are sent to me instead of him and viceversa. Most of the time she tries calling me and she gets a busy signal or the call doesn’t start at all. Only about a 1/3 of my calls to the watch actually go through. The remote call function does not work at all. The location tracking also doesn’t work properly since the watch will send location at random times, sometimes back to back. I sometimes receive several location notifications within a few seconds. Battery life also isn’t great. The watch is great when it works. Calls are clear and so are voice messages. Unfortunately, most functions don’t work most of the time. Overall we are not happy with the watch and sadly will have to return it.

Battery bulged its a hazard for kids
Please dont buy this. It worked fine for couple of month and then it stopped working. The battery on the watch bulged, and i was afraid it might catch fire. Please dont risk your kids safety with this.

Everything is ok. But the battery is not so good. It almost dead after I bought and use only 3 months. It can only use about 2 hours after fullly charged.

No issues
All features work as advertised. No issue with battery life. Had to call customer service to figure out how to make the SOS feature work since it has only the one button on the side- you lightly press and hold for anyone who experiences similar issue. Will update if it goes downhill.
