I have a door that slightly rubs the floor in one spot. Can these be use to file the bottom of the dootr without having to remove th e door?

These are for scale model work not doors. You would be better off using a wood file or rasp if you didn't want to take it off the hinge. Although removing it from the hinge and using a belt sander should only take a couple minutes.

Are these sticks single or double sided?

Double sided. I find many of them too fine. I mainly use the orange, medium one.

Can this produce be used wet or dry?

I've used it wet after seeing it done on tutorials online.

Do these sticks produce dust when used dry?

As in all things abrasive, yes, but just from teh materials you are sanding, the abrasive is pretty well fixed. I will use tack cloth when needed to collect dust from surroundings finishes and occasionally use a tooth brush over teh trash can next to my bench to clean off the sticks, which for me is as much about keeping them sanding as it is about dust.
