Works as intended. My install is intended to be permanent so should last me a long time. I'm running two fans. The swivel connection is a tad flimsy but I wasn't overly concerned about it breaking. The rest of the plug seems good.

Bought this for my teenage daughter. She was constantly unplugging her curling iron, hair straightener, and hair dryer from the bathroom outlet. First, there wasn’t room for all 3 on one outlet. Second, she wanted to make sure the straightener and curling iron were off, for her 2 younger siblings that use the same bathroom. Sometimes she would forget, leaving hot electrical devices next to the sink! This device was the perfect answer. Now, all three devices stay plugged in — dryer on the bottom outlet with curler and straightener plugged into this device on the top. The switches take away to need to unplug, and they light up when they are on to confirm when the straightener and curling iron have (and do not have) power going to them. I feel much safer about my daughter using hot, electrical devices near the bathroom sink. Especially with 2 much-younger siblings using the same bathroom! Easy to tell that the devices are off and not a possible source of burns or shocks. A tad bit pricey, but well worth it for what it does. It is well-built and durable. I expect it will help keep my kids’ bathroom safe for years to come.

Handy product for my Christmas tree and star topping which needed to plug into my timer which only had one plug in. This product is small and swivels so its easy to plug items in. It was reasonably priced. Definitely worth the money.

This is a switched, three-outlet, two-prong, polarized tap. It is made of hard plastic with a very pleasing glossy white color. It seems reasonably sturdy, though of course can't as sturdy as it would if made out of a different material. The slots seem to offer a tight grip of the prongs of whatever is plugged into them, which is important -- the most common cause of electrical fires is a metal-to-metal connection that is not snug. Note that if your wall outlet has the wider blade slot on the left (ground hole on the bottom, the way that still "looks right" to most of us) then this tap will need to be plugged in upside-down relative to the photos, because the wider blade is actually on the right, as pictured, and not the left. This still works out okay, since the words "on" and "off" are printed sideways, but you end up with an outlet on top of the tap, facing up. You probably want to fill that one first, so nothing falls into it. The slots on the top are offset from the slots on the front, as is necessary for all the prongs of the plugs to fit into the body of this device, which has a pleasingly compact form factor. The switch has a neon indicator light, and of course all three outlets and the light are controlled by the switch. The presence of the neon bulb may make this unsuitable to use beyond 125V (e.g. on the back side of a non voltage converting travel adapter). The ratings on the back are a jumble of inconsistency: "Voltage: AC 110V 60Hz" "Output: 15A/125V/1650W" Clearly there is no actual 110V/125V conversion happening... this is just careless labeling mixed with some bad math, since the 1650W figure is actually derived from 15A@110V rather than 15A@125V. Only the current rating is particularly relevant, but I haven't yet done yet tested to see how warm the device gets when loaded to 80%. There are no markings to indicate UL, CE, or ROHS. There's a web site mentioned on the back of the device, for Yuyao City Qizhou Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. It isn't clear whether this is simply a third-party manufacturer used by Sycon or whether Sycon is a brand of this company.

Bought these for a specific fit behind a TV. The low profile and the orientation of the sockets was perfect for my need. It is durable. Recommended

I got my Christmas lights put up outside. We have outlets in our soffits so I thought I’d put them on a timer this year. I have 2 heated birdbaths plugged into the back soffit plug in and I didn’t want the Christmas lights on 24/7. When I tried to plug the timer in the outlet doors that cover them when not in use -would not allow the timer to reach. The timer was too wide for the prongs to reach. I tried a plug extension but it wasn’t long enough. Found this on Amazon and it was just what I needed. It has several ports and I had no trouble finding one that worked great.

This flexible multi-plug adapter is perfect for working around obstructed or difficult to reach outlets...AND gives you four more outlets! This is exact what I needed for accessing the lower outlet of a fixture that was otherwise blocked by one of those large plug types directly above it. This solution is a cost-effective, well-made, versatile solution that's ideal for multiple scenarios. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.
