The other products without xylitol taste bad and just don't seem to work as good as this product does. If you aren't allergic to it and haven't tried this with a sinus rinse you are missing out. Definitely worth it and will buy again when needed. Please amazon keep this in stock as best you can

YES It Works.
I just pour the sachets in my Neil Med bottle and I use bottled water from the store. First time user of this product and I've got to say the simple saline mixtures vs this one is night and day. It really does work very well, no more white paths of mucus down the throat, wash preferably at least 1 hour before bed.

I highly recommend this seller as the price was the best on Amazon. Although it wasn't guaranteed for Prime delivery, it was free shipping and I received it really quick (2 days)!! I have severe allergies and I found this to be the best product for the nettie pot. I use it every morning and it really clears me up without irritating my sinuses.
