What is the diameter of the table top and the height of the table once assembled?

Hi Kristina,The table is 25 inches tall and 15 1/2 inch diameter on top. Hope this helps.

Is it solid wood or composit?

I believe that it's primarily composite. You should be aware that the faux-drawer section (below the table top) is simply a round strip of thin wood . . . mine arrived "torn", luckily in the back where it didn't show. I repaired it myself. Otherwise, it is an attractive little table which serves the purpose I desired.
