This is a great product and I am so happy that I ordered it. It is very STURDY and has quality attachments for dusting, reaching high places to clean. The pole is solid and substantial and extends very well so you can safely and easily use the full extension length promised. I previously cleaned ceiling fan blades by going up and down, up and down multiple times using a step stool. This duster kit has a great attachment to do all that cleaning without that step stool action. I just cleaned a foyer light in a cathedral ceiling and it was an easy job with this duster. Highly recommend !

I love this product I was able to clean under the eaves, remove spider webs, mud daubers, clean the ceiling of our patio and clean the ceiling fans without having to use a ladder. I love way you can open it to a new height and lock it in. It’s easy to use and does a wonderful job. I only wish i had purchased it awhile ago. It’s well made and sturdy. The height is perfect for a one story house with eaves. It breaks back down to a smaller size which is easy to store. It’s easy to use and it different heads on it, If you have a tall ceiling in your entry way this makes cleaning it easy

I have an open concept home and was having a very hard time reaching my ceiling fan because it was so high. I ordered the 36 foot High Reach Duster Kit and was very impressed with how sturdy and well made that it was. This pole worked beautifully, I could reach my fan and I was so happy to see the dust falling off of those fan blades. I would totally recommend this to anyone having trouble getting to high areas to clean.

I almost never leave reviews, but I have never been this excited about a cleaning tool. I inherited a log cabin that had 20+ years of cobwebs and dust from floor to loft. This thing made cleaning that up so easy. I don't have a ton of upper body strength and this was light enough for me to use for 15-20 min at a time without feeling strained but sturdy enough to be totally effective. I absolutely love it. Thank you!

Nicely made all purpose cleaning tool on a pole. Great qualify, too. Would be a 5 star but it was missing a hook on the handle or on each cleaning head for hanging the tool.

So EASY and fun, yes fun, to use these products. The cobweb duster rocks. The pole is lightweight and sturdy. Very well-made. I love the feather duster first. I highly recommend Fuller Brush aerosol dust sprayer. Just a quick mist of a spray about a foot away from the duster. Oh, it makes such a difference. Everything I touched with it shined, even my TV screen and glass cabinets. Of course it’s just to dust the glass in preparation for properly cleaning it with glass cleaner. Anyway, very happy.

Love this product! We have major problems with spiders at the lake and in the dock rafters. This can reach our tall areas and it is super sturdy. Quality is great!! Attachments are awesome! I’m sure we will use it for other parts of our home too. Also this company has great care and supports a non profit for cancer patients and cleaning their homes. Love this!! Watch out spiders..here I come!!

Customer Service: I ordered this because I have 24 foot ceilings in my cabin I needed something sturdy to reach the top windows, dust the chandeliers and hold the tool that changes my lightbulbs in the ceiling fan. The order came quickly but UPS was a bit rough with this Extend a Reach pole, the box was pretty much mangled, the pole was dented but it is such a well built product it still worked with effort. I was a little miffed about the damage as this is not a cheap extension pole so I emailed the company just to let them know that their packaging could be improved and let them know to notify UPS of the treatment of the package. What I didn't expect was the response I got back. Not only were they apologetic for the damage they were insistent that I allow them to replace it. I told them it worked and after some use it would be just fine. They were not taking no for an answer. Kate reached out to me from Extend a Reach and put a new pole in the mail the same day. I asked her for an RA tag to send the damaged pole back and she said "oh no, you keep it we are so sorry this came to you damaged and we want to make it right" So once I received the new pole and Kate so graciously checked in to make sure it arrived in good shape. I donated the pole to a small local church that could use it to reach their own tall windows and fixtures. I order a lot on Amazon and other online retailers and I can tell you this is hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Product: This pole and attachments is/are a game changer. I have used all the pieces of the kit and washed my eight 9 foot windows (inside and out) in the front of my cabin, dusted the 24 foot ceiling, window sills, ceiling fan, chandlers inside the cabin and cleaned the outside of the 26 foot up bathroom window that is on the back of the cabin as well as changed a light bulb in the 24 foot up ceiling fan. This pole flexes just enough but does not bend like the flimsy ones I have had in the past. The attachments are all high quality, durable and washable. I love that the pole end is standard so other tools like the light bulb changers and paint rollers will all fit. I was even able to attach my Stihl trimmer to it and reach 20 feet up the pine trees in the forest to trim them back for fire prevention. I can't sing the praises of this item enough. Great tool and amazing customer service. I highly recommend both.

Just awesome!!! Design and made well. You can extend fully at 36 feet with no fear of bending or snapping in the middle. Perfect for vertical use, like trimming tree limbs.

This thing is amazing. Does everything I wanted it to do and more. Easy to handle and good quality cleaning tool pieces. Not too heavy to be able to maneuver up high. I don’t review items very often but this cleaning tool surprised me.
