Good Times and Good Stuff - it works! Find local high octane gas, first, if you can; this is handy to bump octane a few points. Be aware, too, of the many different octane rating systems, global - for example, Japanese bike manuals use "RON". Find a good local 100 octane if you can and blend it down a bit first. If you cannot find 100 octane, then obtain some VPF2837 booster and blend that with your local gas, along with some STABIL (or course) and get the octane up a bit; if you have done a WR250F grey-wire mod, for example: then you need 95RON stock and you need a few points over that for the fact that you just bumped your timing (!) So don't even think about running WR250f on 91 (US) octane with that grey wire mod - think about that. The minimum octane that Yamaha said to run was 95RON, but you just bumped the timing. Keep in mind, high octane gas often contains ethanol - so buy yourself some super high-quality gas first, and store it in metal containers (only) and for short time only. JUSTRITE makes some great gas cans! Justrite 7250130 for example - keeps atmospheric moisture out of your precious race gas! forget the VP bottles that are ventilated plastic junk. Never store gas in plastic - the eighth deadly sin.

This stuff taste absolutely hideous, however, it does what it is advertising and works very well. I poured some of this in my 50 cc moped scooter, and it turned into a Kawasaki ninja and I was blowing the doors off of everybody in the neighborhood. It broke the training wheels off of it. It was so powerful. I will definitely buy this again. I think I’m going to pour some of this in my old push mower in hopes that it will turn into a powerful zero turn with a V twin engine

For me, VP fuel additive has nothing to do with price or mpg. I have two late 60’s Chevrolets with high compression engines. These engines were designed to run on nothing less than 95 octane gas. VP additive raises the octane level of todays pump gas for these engines to run smooth.
