Overall, the dishes are not “awful” and they look very pretty. However, they are very small and not really for frequent use and do not fit what we intended them for.Even though they advise these items are eligible for return or exchange, customer service gives you absolutely grief for returning the item.They offered a total of $35 dollars to keep the dinnerware and some options! I went ahead and purchased said recommendations and they still were too small and do not work for what we are looking for!Customer service then again said they have made a great concession for giving me the total amount of $35 for the return (granted they upped it to $45 after stating I wanted to return all items. I have spent a total $274 (not including tax) on these items and have been given grief all because it does not benefit the said company.Horrible! Do not buy unless you are absolutely 100% sure you want the items and they will work for the purpose you have in mind!

After having a set of dishes I picked almost 9 years ago. It was time to get something new for my new house. So after doing some looking at some options, I decided that this was the one to go with. I like the fact that they are different, modern, and something that you'd normally see at a restaurant.So as you can see from the pictures, I used my old plates for reference in size. They are only an inch smaller than the the older ones, so I'm not losing a lot of space for food. And even though they're clean, I put them in the dishwasher for an initial cleaning and they all fit! It was a bit awkward for some of them so I had to play around with placement in the dishwasher to see what worked best. After that I put them up and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I did not like two if the six coffee cups were white. If I wanted a white set, I would have ordered one☹️

The best packing I have ever seen. I ordered the 30pc set and I was looking for large serving bowls, I found a set of 3 not by the same maker. I have just remodeled my kitchen with my counter tops in grey marble and these dishes are a perfect match. I love the cups and saucers even being a little on the small side, however they are too cute to not use. Perfect for a small cup of coffee or tea. I would definitely order again from this company. Again the packing is amazing. If every company could pack this way not much would get chips or broken. Keep up the good work.
