Pukka makes some awesome herbal teas. This is one. Don't let the lavender turn you away. Flavors work together for a peaceful cup. Taste good hot or cold.

This puts me right into a peaceful 8 hour sleep that I need each night. The flavor and smell are both calming. I view this as a natural alternative to melatonin. Way better for me and gets me rest.

This tea not only has a nice flavor, but really does help me sleep better at night.

This tea is calming and has a nice herbal flavor, but it’s not my favorite from Pukka. It’s a bit more earthy than I expected, and while it does help me unwind, I definitely prefer the berry one-I think it's called overnight wellness (?), they nailed the flavor on that one. Still a decent option if you like more traditional herbal blends, just not the one I reach for first.

This seems to be about the best sleepy tea I’ve used so far. I do start seeping it in the morning and drink and at night. Seemed to be a lot more effective like that. I’ll get again.

For some reason, I’ve struggled to find these in stores. I love the flavor and great for an evening ritual.
