Cheap-O knife, if that's what you're after.
Lots of sharp-ish and rough edges. Very loose feel and the clasp doesn't lock, too tight. Just a trinket for those not really interested in a real balisong.

Safe handles
The handle bars exploded while doing a y2k flip only one of the handles where intact the other safe handle feel apart abd split into 2 when flipping.
