This definitely works for me only been using it for a few days. I'm getting a good night sleep now more coughing at night. I don't write reviews but has to share this one.

This product seemed ok to use but having screwed the cap on and off several times to dry out and clean one of the cleats that hold the cap down just broke off under no pressure at all,This now does not create a sealLike i say the product was easy to use and seemed to be doing ok but im sure it could be manufactured to a lot better quality,Im sorry about this but im having to return itThank youStill hasnt been picked up after 3 days

This breathing gadget has been a great help for my elderly family member. It’s easy to use and very effective in helping to loosen and expel phlegm, especially for someone who struggles to cough properly. It encourages deeper breathing and helps keep the lungs clear, which is so important. Lightweight, simple, and really beneficial as part of daily respiratory care. I highly recommend it for anyone with breathing difficulties or chest congestion.

I bought one of these on a recommendation from both a GP and a friend. She had used one after chemicals affected her lungs and it helped her clear the problem.I got mine while I still had an acute lung infection. So at that point, when I needed help, my blowing had virtually zero effect which was quite depressing and scary. Possibly might want to warn the users of this.As I recovered I tried to go on using it but honestly - found the work I do with my own and my physio's exercises far more effective.Of its type though, it is value for money. May be the answer for some people.

I purchase this item over a Week ago.I read the mixed reviews but decided to go ahead and purchase the natural lung exercise.I have been on inhalers for the past two. Three years handling an asthmatic condition.Normally every day a lot of phlegm would develop by morning, and somtimes during the night ,Thus difficultly sleeping as the Coughing would keep me up until the morning.Also I work in dusty environments so after days work I would usually be Coughing all nightI began to use the lung exerciserAnd to my surprise I have not had to use the blue, yellow or mist inhalers all week.My training performance has rapidly improved.I use the lung exerciser two, three times a day.A great investment for my health.I have recommended this item to friend.Best Jay

I suffer with asthma and purchased this for mucus removal when I get a bad cold as this is when my lungs get badly congested. This "flutter" device really doesn't work. I am using it correctly and it has little or no effect. Breathing a deep sharp breath from your chest will work better than any amount of blowing into this device. I am using with the larger ball and the vibration (which is how it's mean't to function) won't release mucus. This wasn't the most expensive of these devices, so I can at least take comfort that I didn't waste even more money than need be!

I have now used this device on and off for a number of weeks since buying it, I have to say so far it has really helped, particularly at a time when I had a chest infection which I seem to suffer more frequently every winter. It is easy to use once you get the level where you feel a good vibration and remember not to puff your cheeks out, it is a solid piece of equipment and is very easy to clean, just rinse it with boiling water and job done. Very happy with the product and will use it on a regular basis just to improve my lung strength as I feel I breathe easier after using it. Would recommend for anyone with the issues the device states it helps with.
