I loved my first RoLife kit I put together- the adorable coffee shop. I then ordered the Pet Shop and upon opening it, saw how the quality was *completely* different from my first kit. I returned, thinking it was just that kit, and ordered Emily’s Flower Shop. This kit is also poorer quality than my first coffee shop kit. The coffee shop kit had perforated edges on the paper sheets, grooves for the wooden pieces to snap together easily, no painting required, and good quality glue. This third kit is way more on the builder (me!) and may really test my patience instead of being a fun hobby to do. Nothing is properly labeled, pieces are cheap, paper is cheap, and the glue that came with the kit is awful. So disappointed.

This was a great mini kit, but may be my most challenging so far. There are many parts and a couple pieces were missing. The kit is very detailed which makes for a beautiful completed project. Have your own tools and glue.

I wouldn’t recommend for a beginner. This particular miniature had so many pieces to it. I would definitely try a couple other ones first before diving into this product. While I found it very hard it was so much fun to put together. It kept me busy for several weeks. Last please make sure you watch a couple of YouTube videos on how this goes together. There are a lot of good tips that helped me significantly through my process.

I purchased this one after completing Cathy's Flower House, which was fantastic. This one? Most decidedly not fantastic. I can only get through building 1-2 things before I put it down for days and have finally decided I will not (**do not want to**) complete this. Pieces have a subpar design, nothing is sufficiently or effectively numbered (you have to reference the instruction book, the picture chart AND the random bags all at once to find pieces), items have to be glued together but only fit in the most base manner, almost all the paper pieces have to be cut out yourself, and several require you to measure and cut from a large, blank sheet. It feels like they put in the least amount of effort possible in designing this kit.I enjoyed the flower house because it was a fun, relaxing way to do something creative without a ton of effort, and I was absolutely blown away by the superior quality. This one is stressful, disappointing, and not at all fun. Hate that now I'm not sure I'll ever risk purchasing any others from this brand, which is a shame.
