Can this hard drive recognize original xbox games, most aftermarket HDD's don't

This HDD won't let you play original Xbox game's due to the seller faild to mention that its missing the partition 2 witch is Backwards Compatible. To get partition 2 just look up on YouTube the fellowing How to make any XBOX 360 Hard Drive backwards compatible (Run XBOX originals) an that will tell you how to get Partition 2..

Only if you are going to transfer from one Hard drive to another. You don't need the cable if all your going to do is plug it into a 4 gb xbox.

Will this Hard Drive fit my "Xbox 360 E" not slim, but "E"? DO I need anything else or just the drive?

Don't know, I bought it for XBOX slim so not sure it would work on the 360 E
