Unbelievable suction
Bought for my 86yr old mum but it didnāt suit as the suction is ridiculously powerful, which is marvellous as that is exactly what you want from a vacuum but on thick pile carpets itās impossible to push. Kept it though and gave it to my son because heās got flatter pile carpets.

Good value for money
Ordered and delivered within 2 days actually came earlier than expected... was sceptical as it didn't cost as much most vacuums... it works perfectly, suction is amazing, came with correct appliances for every day use... hose is long enough to reach most top surfaces...Down side its a bit light and feels very plastic.. seems to topple over more than it should .. but it does the job...

Great product.
Great suction, only recently purchased and so far so good. On carpets slightly release the suction control on the hose handle, otherwise it can be a struggle as suction is so good.

Plastic and Very Breakable
Do not buy this vaccuum. I had it less than a year and the head cleaner split and was repalced. It is less than two years old and now I have no suction at all! The hoover is light but It doesn't manouever very well and the suction is so strong it will pull your carpets away from the grippers! Now I have to buy a replacement.
