Not Sweet, a little bitter like dark chocolate. So good. Love the bottle. A little to expensive to have all the time.

I have gotten this hot chocolate mix before at Sprouts, but they only carry it around Christmas time. My husband really likes it so I was very happy to fine this on Amazon. We now have plenty for the year. It is not a knock on the product that I don't use it. I don't drink hot chocolate mixes of any kind. I find them too sweet. My husband likes sweet.

This is amazing hot chocolate, but 4 stars because one came broken.

Directions say, put two teaspoons of mix into mug. Problem is, a teaspoon won't fit into the opening in the top of the bottle! Ok, I got out my measuring spoons and used four half-teaspoons. Next problem is, this mix is WAY too sweet (at least, for me -- I know lots of people like it that way); if I mix it half and half with plain cocoa powder it's fine. Or, and this works very well, if I dissolve the mix in a half cup of very hot coffee and then add hot milk and a dash of cinnamon, it makes a good cup of mocha. (But I'm still gonna put it into a wide-mouth jar that I can get a spoon into.)
