Learned about ranger beads through social media. Had to watch a few YouTube’s on how to use them, but afterwards everything made a lot of sense. Better to be prepared for every scenario especially because we rely so much on electricity and GPS. I became a pepper after the BLM riots and covid pandemic and now prepare for the “unthinkable”. Great little gadget!

These things are awesome. Beads stay put and beads are great quality.

Nice to have for orienteering, used these in the military during PLDC and found them to be of great value when conducting map reading courses at night.

I liked everything about this item, from the packaging to the quality of the parachute cord and pace beads. I use it mainly to keep track of how many glasses of water I drink daily. It also is useful as a fidget device to relieve stress. Maybe the manufacturer can make a Rosary version with sliding beads to count the number of Hail Mary’s.

It's great but the beads break easily. But it is better than anything else on amazon. This is my 3rd because the beads keep breaking but its worth it while it lasts.

Serves its purpose and makes it easy to count of distance traveled.

I started a job as a land surveyor. The guy training me taught me how to step off. I had to count 50 feet on 2 lane country roads. This helps me keep track of my distance when using a tremble gps unit

Perhaps a brighter colour would be a good idea. Not everyone works in Afghanistan Item is well made and the beads are quite tight on the srting minimising accidental movement
