Great for dry skin. It has a thickness to it that helps to seal in moisture. High quality I did not took with it so I do not know it burns or tastes. Smooth texture works best with a carrier oil. Great value for the price because it is high quality. Helps fight sunburn and also thickening hair.

It was ok at first but quickly went rancid after 4 months or so.

Excellent oil for skin

I've read from different sites that pomegranate seed oil is supposed to be bright yellow in color, slightly viscous, and a have a pungent smell. So, I'm assuming that what I have is pomegranate seed oil. However, as far as the smell, SVA's product description says that their pomegranate seed oil has a sweet and fruity smell and that is not true for what I've received from them. So, I really don't know. Still, I love the way this oil makes my skin feel and I have no complaints about the packaging. I like the fact that it comes with a dropper as well to encourage using the oil in small amounts because I'm not a good pourer. I always end up pouring out too much of anything that I use.

I bought it to make my own facial cream. The cream I made feels very moisturizing, I like it very much, thank you.
