Sounding off!
OK, here's the thing... The light patterns are entertaining and colorful and the operation of this is relatively simple which includes bluetooth-ing. The heavily Asian accented announcement of it being in operation mode when turned on and the use of the word 'model' instead of 'mode' (example, "Now is Bluetooth model". "Paired!) . "Now is radio model") used when switching from one mode of operation to the next and minor but understood grammar errors in the same announcements, at first, can be confusing. The poor radio reception (at least where I reside) are only minor distractions coupled with what was just related. The sound quality is very good, considering its size. It's heavy and bulky but understandably so with the battery and sound being the benefactors. The thing I haven't been able to get working is the SD card to play. There was nothing I saw (before I misplaced the directions) that mentioned the micro SD card stipulations (16, 32, 64GB etc.) only MP3 recordings which was used. I've attempted to use all micro cards up to and including 128GB and haven't gotten it to play which is a bummer considering that I'm over the alloted time for a return. Maybe the card's speed is a factor but after downloading a U6 instruction sheet, I didn't see anything that helped in addressing that question. It's supposed to begin playing the micro card first when turned on and without any prompting. The only other thing of any consequence would be inserting the micro card. It's spring-loaded, at least, on the one I have and I have to use a blunt end of something tiny to push it far enough in for it to lock in place. Hope this helps! Signing and sounding off! (I never tested it for beingwaterproof but a 3 rating seemed the right thing to do. The manufacturer should probably have used the term *water resistant as the rubber door where the charging port is and where the micro card is inserted has to be water tight and after use, that is security is questionable, in my mind)8 09 2022 I've rerated this to a 5 star which I should have done in the first place or at least have waited to see if it were waterproof. It is, at least superbly water resistant. Found that out in the shower by accident. Not the shower, but wearing the U6 while showering. For those that do walking listening to your own music while not being especially fond of having buds in your ears; a player in your pocket; ears covered or some playing device around your neck this works it works! I found that it wouldn't process anything above 16 GB and it has to be SP3 format only. The sound is magnificent, even with your arms swinging back and forth while walking and no distortion when turned all the way up. I'm going to try and turn my sister on to these. She's old school with the cassette player and does a lot of walking for exercise. The light patterns (6 or 7 I think) can be turned off while in operation. I've presented a few of these as gifts and each person rates it a 5 star. The younger set likes to party wearing these with just the light show. Great buy; great sound; great entertainment!

Very cool, extremely affordable.
This is a perfect application for me. I was looking for a speaker that sits on my wrist, so I can hear my music including my phone calls. Wow I'm super impressed, I am so happy with this unit that I'm purchasing a second one. I like the blue one. The sound quality is excellent for the size and the lights, with eight settings are really cool. Disco. FYI, this is not a watch, it does not tell you the time. It is perfect for someone who is working outside or jogging or walking, but totally inappropriate for church đ It's for someone who is at home, that wants to play their music out in the open atmospher. If you are looking for private calls, this is not the correct item for you. But if you have any sort of hearing loss, or you do not have Bluetooth capabilities inside your vehicle, this is absolutely perfect. This watch is a win-win situation depending on your application. I highly recommend it, you're truly going to enjoy it. Good luck.

Great sound out of a 1 1/2â circumference speaker!
Just received today so I canât comment on battery charge life yet.Great sound out of a 1 1/2â circumference! The sound is really unbelievable listening from my play list from an app and the FM stations that it does read sounds great too! The music is filling my 10âx10â bedroom and Iâm sure would fill a larger room. If you press the speaker to your body you can actually feel the base!Only issue I have is 2 lights in a row doesnât work. I may exchange for that reason. Though this was a good price, things are so pricey now days when I buy something I want things to work as theyâre supposed to. It also has gone silent for a second or two here and there while playing. As a whole this was a great find and a nice little gift for me! Iâm sure wearing this out it would be a conversation piece.

Fun novelty item
A review from one blind personâs opinionâŚFrom a blind persons perspective, the first and most important thing to know is that the Bluetooth on this speaker watch has so much latency you will not be able to use it effectively with voiceover. Therefore, itâs going back in the box and back to Amazon.I bought this to use while hiking so that I might be able to hear sound scape more clearly while my phone is in my pocket. I donât like to wear headphones, although I do use bone conduction sometimes, but prefer not to have anything on if possible. I use Soundscape to recognize trail in Street intersections. The Bluetooth on this has so much latency, meaning that it is so slow to interact, but by the time VoiceOver makes it to the watch, it has moved on and doesnât speak anything. This was surprising considering how far Bluetooth technology has come, and I expected better, even for this extremely low price. I am sad to have to return this, because it is rather easy to use, since I canât read the directions, even managed to figure it out without them. But function is critical, and this just doesnât have it. At least not for my purposes, which isnât to say that it wonât work for someone who is cited because it does have some fun features and isnât bad for what it is.I did manage to pair it successfully to my phone, like I said, just by experimentation and without instructions since they were print and I am blind and could not read them. I just basically started pushing buttons until things started happening, and by experimentation I did manage to figure out quite a few features. I was not able to test the selfie camera function, since it did not work with VoiceOver I was unable to test this so I have no idea if it works and what the quality would be. I managed to find the FM Radio feature, and it would just cycle through stations that I could pick up, but I would say, definitely donât have high expectations on that. The reception was terrible and it did not pick up much. I also did not test the memory card slot, so Iâm not sure about that either. I did connect to the Bluetooth, and was able to play some music which came through nice and loud and clear. It was actually pretty impressive considering how small it is. I think the speaker is around three or 4 W, so definitely youâre not going to have outstanding base or anything like that, but it was crisp and clear. If you wanted something just to be able to play music in a small space, or take on the go, this would be fun. With what little vision I have, I was able to make out the light show which I figured out how to cycle through and turn on and off. The lights are very bright, and you could definitely use this while playing music out on a walk so that he would have some disability I should think. Given that this is a speaker, for being a watch size product, it is very bulky, so have the expectation of a little extra weight on your wrist and that it will definitely stick out. That said, the band is quite comfortable and has quite a range of adjustment. This is basically a fun little novelty item, and should be considered as such with those types of expectations. I would say this could be a fun gift for someone who likes technology and music and is on the go. Not for a blind person though!
