Too fragile

Don’t expect back cracking frenzy, but it’s good for people with lower back problems like myself. 5 minutes with level 1 setting on the floor and you get up feeling no pain for a good hour or so.

received the product in the middle of back pain time, it made my back pain 10x more painful.

using it daily after work, works perfectly. my back pain is almost gone (after using for about one week)

Not the best quality. Foam part on the middle is too short and falls out everytime is being used. I feel it can be dangerous if not use with extreme attention

Seems to work for me due to bad posture I own so many things to help with it but it’s just one of those things that never go away due to work but this thing does hurt at first from being so tensed up but after few mins felt relaxed to point didn’t feel like I was even using it I’m using level 2/3 eventually will go to 3 but found it hurt to much for now

I have some buldging disc in my lower bac and they pinch my nerves at least once a year.About 7 months ago my back went out and after I healed up I still would feel a little tingle in my left lower back and I was always worried about my back being on the verge of going out.Over Thanksgiving my back went out again and the whole week I was having issues walking.I ordered this thinking I would just try it.i layed on it for about 5 minutes and when I got up I felt noticeably better.after about a hour I started to feel the pain slowly coming back.I did it another 5 minutes before I went to bed.Again felt much better.When I got out of bed the next morning I felt like I had a new back I could not believe it.I have used this for 1 week now,five minutes when I get out of bed,and the same when I go to bed.My back has not felt this good in years.Im not saying it will fix every back issue,it solved mine and its the best $20 bucks I spent in a long time.It is uncomfortable,but its stretching your back,its doing its job.I definitely would say its worth trying if you have back issues,depending on how major they are,obviously if you have had surgery you may want to check with your doctor.
