Bought these after seeing pani puri all over my social media, I’m not an experienced fryer but these were really easy and so good! I made the traditional potato/chickpea filling but I also stuffed them with other foods and it’s a fun way to eat!

Great quick snack that you can make in the microwave in literally one minute. Feeling can be a little bit of canned lentils with Indian spices, cream corn, tomato sauce, etc.
