New Wave Enviro BpA Free 2 Gallon Refrigerator Bottle with Spigot

I am skeptical of the many negative comments in reviews that use the same wording over and over. Yes, there should be reviews to the negative if one finds something wrong in the manufacture quality of a product such as some who did not like the assembly of two halves of the bottle or the poor quality of the spout assembly. Even stating the spout base does not mate well with the base of the bottle is appropriate. This is factual and helpful to the manufacturer and potential buyers. To submit a negative review regarding assembly error or operator error is a bit much. Simple and clear instructions are enclosed within the bottle when you receive it.The negative review stating the operator complained the product is defective when after a quart of liquid was left in the bottle it came out very slowly then not at all is nonsense. Again read the instructions. It clearly states to loosen the cap and liner to permit air to enter replacing the liquid being drawn out thus not forming a vacuum. Very simple! When assembling the spout pay attention to the instructions noting that the two washers have a flat side and round side. The flat side contacts with the flat seats of the spout and bottle. If reversed, leaking is guaranteed to occur. Another negative reviewer states that the unit leaks while in the refrigerator. This of course is possible but the location of the bottle in the refer should be checked first. We usually want the spout of the bottle set as far forward as possible to clear the shelf below. But if pulled too far forward, the plastic of the door shelving or the movable door for the butter compartment comes in contact with the spout when the door is closed. When you open the refer door the spout closes and you are left thinking the unit is obviously defective! This happens more than you think. One last note to address negative comments from "leaking from the spout outlet after it closes". Keep your glass under the spout a couple of seconds to let the liquid clear the spout and you should not have any issues. After a complete review and use of this product and considering all the items, this is a great deal for my pocket book as well as the environment. I give it full stars.

Used this for a few months now Works well, doesnt leak. Good quality, thick plastic. Sturdy. We keep it in the fridge, so only had to clean it once so far and it was pretty simple

Flow through the valve is VERY SLOW even with the filler cap removed to let air in, and it LEAKS. Tried resetting valve and gaskets according to instructions but still leaks. VERY DISAPPOINTED DO NOT BUY.

Moved into a basement to take care of parents but we don’t have running water.we bought this so we didn’t have to keep going up and down stairs ..It did kraken at first it had one side of where the spout is a little higher than the other side my husband filed it down NO not a serious problem and an easy fix . The container is safe and works great now.would buy again for sure.We have had water containers before and this one is BPA safe and a much thicker container

Pricey but well made

It's so big you'll think maybe it's too big, but it's not, for some it is, but for me it's not. It allows me to make a big punch bowl of sweet farmer punch, pour it in there and have for a little drink now and then. Sometimes you can't even make a juicy drink with blenders and fruits, without making a big amount, because when you make them small, sometimes you've cut to many corners of the ingredients. When the boys come over and fix your home, it's good to fill it with water or pop for them, so they don't dehydrate. If you buy lots of big drinks it's perfect, if you drink a lot of water it's perfect, if you make your own juices and drinks for later, this thing is perfect, but if it has come to you damaged, sorry it happened to you. If it's just to big for your fridge and you can't see needing it that big for now, leave it in a bag and store it somewhere so anyone can use it for outside while doing work out there in the hot sun. Or because of the leak that so many can't fix themselves, just use it for outside and put ice in it with the drink. Why must people think they'll never need a thing, when later down the road that thing is needed? I'm keeping it in the place I keep things that are sharingly fun and practically handy. Also, how about your animals, or the wildlife on my porch, 🐭 they would love their own water bottle, I'll just teach them to put the spigot faucet down for water and they won't have to look in the window for me to fill up water in the pan out there. It doesn't have to stay in your fridge, you won't be drinking that much forever anyway, keep it for a little get together on the patio. And it was only 19.95 so I will use this helpful Enviro Luxury until it is no more. Then I will try another design and so on and so on and so on. Because outside with Prezi, while walking in the sun before putting her back in the Barn for the evening, has all of us thirsty in the backyard. Now we can stop buy the Enviro Bottle with Water and Ice in it. Give some to my Darling, have some myself, and Prezi can drink straight from the Faucet. It's so fun.

Fits well in the fridge. The spigot works fine, but you got to unscrew the cap a bit or the flow will eventually stop.

Acheté pour ma van. Quantité parfaite (pas lourd à manipuler. Ouverture parfaite mais robinet pas étanche. Après un petit ponçage et un graissage du joint, tout est parfait! Prévoir quand même une petite boîte en plastic pour contenir les dégâts, au cas où...

I like it. It is very well made. Works as intended and it doesn't leak. The lid is big enough to hand wash it properly. Just remember to not fully tighten the lid.
