We received this product December 9, 2014 without the rachet strap needed to meet safety guidelines. After many attempts to allow the company to fix this we have been given the runaround. My husband, an oilfield man, has been unable to enjoy what was his Christmas gift. He is quite disappointed. This was a pricey buy to have such unsatisfactory service.

I ordered for my son to give a friend that was getting married. The friend is a huge Alabama fan and he thought it was an "awesome" gift. He actually works at a job that requires a hard hat and he can wear it!
