Yes, this shower head is six inches across, but what they don't tell you is that the face plate is completely flat, which means that the spray doesn't spread out like it does with most shower heads, so regardless of whether the spray is on your head or your feet, it is the same narrow feeling width, not very satisfying. Add to that that the spray also feels rather weak despite the manufacturer's claims that it can produce a strong spray even in low water pressure situations, even without any flow restrictors installed. Unless a soft, narrow stream is what you want, I'd pass on this one.
