Started taking this at 22 and have been taking it almost everyday for 6 years now. I've tried other Trib products, but always come back to NOW. Although there is nothing wrong with my libido, it does appear to increase it. The main reason I take it is focus in the gym. I have a very noticeable difference in my energy and focus while taking this, vs not. I've been taking this long enough to note that a couple things;- It does increase by libido, even as a healthy 20 something male. Both size and especially stamina.- It gives me extreme focus in the gym. (I take around 4-6k mg a day)- When I take it before bed I wake with almost ZERO grogginess. I cannot explain why it does it, but I have given it to many of my friends who experience the same result.Although I have had great success with it, and many of my friends have as well, not everyone experiences the same outcome. I don't know why, but some guys get no effects from it. I would like to note that I am in very good shape, eat healthy, yada yada.... If you're looking for a magic pill to lose weight or see huge gains in the gym, this isn't it, but it might help, potentially a lot. .....and it's cheap....

Although I just started taking this supplement, I did some post-purchase literature search on TT. As a medical professional I should have done this before. Regardless, I did not and now regret it. What I am referring to is studies which reveal no to very small increase in testosterone in humans. Any claims stating otherwise are anecdotal before any studies were done.

This stuff seems pretty great. I quit testosterone replacement therapy recently, and the combination of Tribulus and Tongkat Ali helped me get back to feeling normal in a matter of weeks. I read in a few places that this stuff helps quite a bit when you've got low testosterone, and that seems to be the case. I only bottomed out for one day before I started rebounding, and I largely thank those two supplements. This particular supplement is very affordable for the quantity you get, and Now is a great, consistent brand.For those that don't know, natural testosterone production doesn't resume like flipping a switch after you quit TRT. It ordinarily takes months to return to normal, and can take up to a year. The fact that I bounced back as rapidly as I did was shocking.

VERY GOOD supplement. Don't like the taste. Don't like the size, but these are minor inconveniences. For older guys [in my 60's] this helps declining testosterone, which helps with muscles and mental alertness, among other things [per my naturopath]. For me, did not create raging drives, which I do not care for, when used as directed. The irony is, that this is considered a noxious weed in many areas. I think it is just a good gift from the Creator. Keep your head on straight and take care of yourself.
