I need to cut little rounds for these. Are they easy to cut with a scissors?

They're just like toilet paper rolls, so as long as your scissors cut cardboard, you're good.

They are quite sturdy and thicker than regular tp rolls. You either need some heavy duty scissors or apply some force to cut through them.
