Q: Will these hold through paperboard? I am thinking of using them to organize my sewing room.

not sure what paperboard is these will hold between @ 25 + sheets of paper and also between corrugated cardboard box, between a heavy jacket etc. I don't know how much weight it will hold as it isn't intended to hold more than a name badge

No. I made this same mistake. The company is misleading you. It’s only 100 magnets. They lure with the description then only send you the magnets.

Q: Are these compatible with the avery mighty badge 1”x3” badge inserts?

I did not use the Avery badge inserts so I don't know. I printed my own on card stock and cut them to fit.

Q: Are the lables suitable for laser printer?

No, they aren't. I used them with a Brother P-touch label maker.
