Appropriate level of difficulty
My piano teacher was delighted to discover this book, as was I. It has pieces that a beginner adult can play that are not too difficult. They also progress in level of difficulty, which is helpful.

Great selections of classic pieces for absolute beginners
My expectations for this product were met perfectly. I am a beginning adult learner and the pieces range from very easy (the first few) to challenging (for my skill level) with pieces you can actually recognize, even in the very simple versions. It is encouraging to be able to reproduce at my own level songs that I know and enjoy.

I cannot recommend books from this series highly enough!
This really is an excellent collection of simple arrangements of some very well known pieces of music from the Classical and Romantic periods. Had someone told me about a year ago that I would be playing Moonlight Sonata within a year, I would have laughed.I would recommend though that you don't get this book unless you have worked your way through at least half of Adult Piano AdventuresAll-in-One Course Book 2. If you haven't, then you might struggle with a lot of it. If you have looked at the index of this book, you might notice that one of the arrangements is Canon in D by Pachabel. Canon is also in the All in One course book, but these are two completely different arrangements (and in different key signatures too), so don't worry about repeated material. As I mentioned at the start, these are simple arrangements; the original pieces are far too difficult for people of my standard. However, the authors have done it again with this series. They have made shorter arrangements that give you a definite flavour of the original pieces, are easy to play, but are challenging enough to keep you interested and give you a real sense of achievement when you can get to the end without making too many mistakes. My next goal... to get to the end of Moonlight Sonata without making any mistakes!
