The bristles were a bit firmer than expected but otherwise I have no complaints. It does a great job of cleaning the scalp. It tangles the hair a bit but not much more than when you use your hands.

I bought this item about a week ago and was really surprised how good it actually was.I’ve got shoulder length, extremely thick hair and always had trouble washing the excess shampoo and condition out as there was always residue left in that I couldn’t shift.I’ve used this product twice in a week and at first I was sceptical about how good item this would be but having used it, I can truly say it’s transformed my scalp and hair completely.I truly love this and couldn’t recommend it enough plus it’s a bargain at 2 for the price of one on some other sites. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
