Change out the poly tubing...
Upon receiving this product, I noticed that the bottom of the poly tubing was split. I had to clip this off, and after a few uses, suddenly it would no longer draw up the liquid. Sure enough, the end connected to the pump had also split. It appears that the poly tubing's ID is just a micron too small, which then causes the tube to split. I replaced the tubing with 1/4" poly that is used for irrigation (spaghetti tubing). It is softer than the one supplied with the bottle (which is VERY hard), and works well.

It works really well I am very glad I bought this product one thing that is bad about it is that it leaks if you tip it over but it still works really well.
