This is a GREAT shower curtain liner! This comes from a person who previously always bought expensive Hotel Collection black fabric shower curtain liners at Bed Bath and Beyond. Hotel Collection no longer seems to make the black fabric liner so I was forced to look elsewhere and glad that I found this Maytex fabric liner on Amazon in black. Black is so hard to find and I had to have it to go with my black tassle shower curtain. You could use this liner alone, as the fabric is nice enough that an outer curtain is not absolutely neccessary. You could also use this liner as a curtain! The fabric of this curtain looks exactly like the Hotel Collection curtain fabric. I cannot tell any difference at all. The Maytex curtain does not have metal grommets and does not have any weights on the corners (like Hotel Collection) but I find that you don't need them and I don't miss them at all. One thing I was worried about was the color bleeding or staining my white tub, as I had read had happened to some people reviewing other brands of this same product. I have had this curtain for 6 months and no staining or bleeding whatsoever. I haven't washed it yet but it is needing a wash at this point. It is so cheap though, I won't feel guilty if I want to get a new one in another 6 months or so. This liner does not leak either- I read Brandon Taylor's review and have to agree with him 100% that if you shower like a normal person, you should not experience an leakage onto your floor. Even if you have kids that like to splash around, it still should not leak at all. One more interesting thing about this curtain: my husband and I have noticed that when you are in the shower, you can see out of it but no one can see you while you're in the shower. Kind of like a one-way mirror. All in all, a great shower curtain for an awesome price!

One of my best purchases. It replaced a rubbery inner shower curtain I'd had for years and freshened the whole bathroom. Water is almost entirely repelled and the residual beads into tiny droplets (about 1mm across) that evaporate quickly and cleanly. After 3 months of use it looks perfectly clean and new with no trace of mildew. One reviewer complained of it ballooning inward because it's so lightweight. Let me first confirm that yes, it's very lightweight, which for me is actually a benefit, since it exerts essentially no pressure on the shower rod and contributes to the feeling of airy freshness that it added. And yes, it does billow slightly inward. However, that's never been even remotely a problem for me and its weighted corners keep it from floating freely. It's different from my old, heavy rubber curtain in that respect, but so much nicer that I just love it, and the slight billowing isn't even noticeable for me now that I'm used to it.

Love them, perfect size and fantastic quality.

I've had this for quite a number of months now, almost a year. It works so well for my needs that I don't have a separate curtain. Now, my shower is never pointed directly at this liner, and I have an extended shower rod. It's actually a curved rod that gives a little extra room, but the liner still fits in nicely despite the added length the bar creates. If water hits this directly from a shower, the water will dribble down the side opposite the water, but getting a normal shower, even a splashy one, shouldn't be an issue. I haven't had any water penetrate the fabric just from getting splashed. It does dry quickly if it's not against another wet surface, too. I plan on getting another later on. Update 7/2020: After using this for a decent amount of time, I have to switch. It's not that it's a bad liner, but I've noticed a few things I want to change. One, if I'm using a hand-held shower head and the water hits the liner directly, some goes through. Also, if it gets wet enough, what I think is black dye comes out. Not a big deal if getting a shower, but if one of my kids is getting a bath, I don't want that floating around in the water. It doesn't happen much, but just if it reaches some kind of saturation point. Rinsing and squeezing the liner doesn't seem to stop it, either. It's kind of weird. It just keeps coming, even if I only soak the last seven inches of it to try rinsing it out. I have gotten a lot of use out of it and it's still in good condition, and I wouldn't be replacing it if it didn't allow any water penetration, so it's not a bad liner. I haven't had any real issues with it at all.

We received this product 3 days ago and so far we are very happy with it. The color was ivory and during regular shower use with this product as a liner it really repels water and does not get soaked and I take long showers. I did not try to point the shower directly to it as that probably wont repel since it is a fabric and may get soaked under direct stream of water. But for normal use as a shower liner we love it. It does not have a magnet in the middle (only on the edges) but it does not seem create any problems in our bathroom and it stays on place. To my taste it is a little too long for a liner to be used in a bathtub but I may shorten it as it touches almost the bottom of the tub. We have not been using it long enough to see how it works with mildew and mold we experienced with plastic liners but I will update in a few months. What I like is that the holes to hang this liner are not lined with metal or anything, they are done as button holes on shirts, which will make washing super easy.

This is a shower liner which looks good enough to use by itself, and is also machine washable. The magnets on the bottom of each end work well, so far. We'll see how well the machine washable part works, and if the magnets rust (a common flaw), but for right now, this is the best shower curtain I've owned.

Way easier to keep clean (and better looking) than a typical plastic linear.

Mi cortina de baño llegó en tiempo, forma y en buenas condiciones. De un color hueso precioso que combina con prácticamente cualquier baño. OJO: NO TRAE GANCHOS, pero para mí eso fue perfecto, ya que pude reutilizar los ganchos de mi cortina anterior y eso me hiso sentir que no genere más plástico y que pude reciclar. La tela es súper suave, ligera y de muy buena calidad, nada que ver con las cortinas de vinilo que se pegan o huelen raro. Y quedó PERFECTA para mi baño, como si la hubiese mandado a hacer. También tiene un imán en cada punta, así que se mantiene en su lugar dentro de la tina y no se mete mientras te bañas. Además, por el precio, sinceramente la considero mi mejor compra del año en calidad/precio.

La cortina es de tela, pero no hay ningún problema con la humedad. Es super resistente, el mayor problema que tengo con las cortinas de baño convencionales, es que se rompen donde se ponen los aros... esta por el contrario, al ser de tela y aparte está bordada de esos orificios, es casi imposible que se rompa de ahí. Se puede lavar y seguir utilizándola si problemas. Para mi, resuelve el problema por el cual anteriormente tenia que cambiar de cortina constantemente. Vale totalmente la inversión. CONTRA: No incluye los aros para colgarla en el cortinero, si no cuentas con ellos tendrás que comprarlos por separado.

Me gusto la cortina. es justo lo que se necesita para el baño. la medida quedo perfecta para mi baño. es de tela suave y comoda. es impermeable y evita que salpiques fuera de el area de la regadera. cumple su funcion bien.
