Nice faucet, works very well, brush finish is nice, 4 months now, no issues, no leaks

The faucet is a very nice & a great deal for the cost, but it was too tall for our laundry room sink. We have an open shelf in the cabinet above the sink and it went up to it, so I had to return it and order a shorter one, but it would be perfect for a kitchen sink. It looks very nice and seemed to be very sturdy. I hope I like the one I ordered to replace it as well as I liked this one. Just keep in mind the height of the faucet. I didn't measure or think about it being too tall.

The media could not be loaded. We finally got around to installing the faucet that we bought for our commercial kitchen. Turned it on to use it today for the first time and there are actual holes in the side and water is spraying out. I’d like a refund.

This thing is super strong ! And easy to install it took me like 5 mins with a crescent wrench and a channel lock. The stream of the water is insane it’ll clean anything with ease. The price was very good.

The media could not be loaded. It’s not as shiny as the name brand but it’s a third of the cost and looks beautiful. The instructions are not great but there are some. We had to try to figure out where the three washers go. (We decided two by the handles and the third smaller one by the model of the hose). And that worked and Eliminated leaking. Very nice buy , didn’t take too long to arrive.

We purchased this because our Pfister started leaking out of the handle plus the button that changes the water to stream stuck whenever it was pushed. Not wanting to spend another $300, we decided to try our luck with this faucet. Money well spent. The black really pops in our kitchen and the easy rocker button for spray and stream are a step up from the Pfister. The customer service is also top notch. We were missing one of the screws and within a few hours, i had a reply telling me one was on the way. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I love the design of this faucet, I am able to turn the water on with the back of my hand when cooking as to not get it dirty. However. The hot water handle started falling out randomly, and we saw that the screw end is stripped. So no matter how many times we reattach, it’s never going to work properly. We have tried several different metal epoxy brands but nothing so far has worked. It’s very frustrating. Of course I no longer have the box since we’ve had it installed for several weeks, so I can’t return it.
