Anchor Hocking is an American Company that produces high quality glass. I have always loved their products. I ordered 3 cruets. The first box never arrived because UPS sent it back damaged. The 2nd box arrived with one broken at the neck, and the other two knicked by said broken glass. The packaging was inadequate for glass items (A too-big box with a layer of brown paper under, and a layer of brown paper on top, but nothing in between the glass, or wrapped around each cruet. They were simply bumping and banging into each other in this very big box.) I am happy to say that when I reported the broken cruet to desertcart, and explained the packing problem, they sent out a replacement. It arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a bubble-wrap container as well. Hopefully desertcart will continue to teach employees how to safely ship glass.
