Worked very well for a few months, but when batteries ran out and we ordered replacements it still didn't work...

Not for pain sensitive dogs
The product works but if you have a sensitive dog, I'd go with a spray or ultra sonic collar. It certainly isn't the "most humane" collar as they claim.
