FlexrakeCLA317 Forged Bypass Pruner, Natural

Great shears, came as advertised, timely shipment/arrival, sharp, durable, great price.

Very ergonomic ,comfortable grip.

We recently purchased a Flexrake Classic Bypass Pruning shear. My wife wanted it for tending her roses, and I'm sure we'll get a lot of other use out of it. In any case, It's a sturdy and comfortable-feeling instrument that should handle her roses with ease. The design is, indeed, a classic and I can remember a pruner of a couple decades ago that I had that was of exactly the same type, possibly the same brand. We'll have to see how the blade holds up but it should be easy to sharpen. I'll give it four stars and if we're well satisfied with it a year later, then I come back and raise it to five.Gary Peterson
