It's not that the quality is bad because it's actually really good I wish they wouldn't have made it clear. My turtles don't like it really because they can't see it to get on. I wish they made these with natural habitat tones. Overall I'd give it a 3 if it were more natural tones where they'd get on I'd 100 percent recommend but I'm likely going to return it unfortunately.

The product itself is a wonderful piece of equipment. However, upon arriving, the suction cup would not stick well. I contacted the seller, and the seller promptly sent me an ENTIRE NEW product at no extra cost. They handled the situation very, very well. The new suction cup is strong and both platforms are well built. My two turtles are loving it.

It’s too much of a hassle to return it , although it came to me in about 7 different pieces.

I really like how you can put it anywhere in the tank and my turtles love it. It does at times come off the tank but if u hold it long enough it stays up by itself for a long time.
