I love this item and do not go without it. However I didn’t receive it I don’t think!!! I received a box with another item in it and I may have overlooked the Zinc. I just don’t know. I threw the box away and the trash man has already been here. Maybe you know if it was in the box. None the less I will continue to order this item. Have a great day!

Huh I just saw other reviewers dislike the taste. I think it’s good- it’s the best tasting of all the various dissolvable vitamins I’ve purchased. I was just re-looking up this product here because I noticed the ingredient list simply says “D” when it comes to vitamin D but the front of the bottle says D3.

These dissolving vitamins are my favorite! I feel they absorb into your system better as they dissolve under the tongue, and are a great alternative to having to swallow a bunch of pills.

I didn’t realize when I ordered these that they contain dairy. It’s in the fine print on the images of the box; but I’ve never encountered dairy in vitamins before, so I didn’t examine it that closely! My youngest child has a dairy allergy, so she won’t be able to take these. My other two kids say that they’re ok. I tried one myself, and it dissolves almost instantly and has a pleasant orange flavor. It’s not exactly a huge dose of Vitamin C, but it’s sufficient if you have a picky eater who needs a little extra.

I like how compact this is and the vitamins that are in it. It also melts very quickly. We haven’t used it long enough to know how effective it is. I did want to give a warning to anyone that plans on giving this to their children as I had intended to but It tastes awful and leaves a bad aftertaste. I tried it because my daughter spit it out and I tried to bribe her to take it with a treat which she still refused. I finally decided to put it in grape juice and it dissolved and she drank it. She is usually not even picky with tastes and vitamins.

I was surprised that they do dissolve fast and taste is okay only thing I could find I didn’t like was it has milk in it otherwise great product
