Ian doing the smart niacin detox and the toxins in my system were making me nauseous. I took charcoal and bentonite clay which did not help too effectively. This stuff captured the toxins and removed them. This is what works the best for me.

At first I tried stirring it into drinks, but it would only clump up and be unpalatable. But then I put it into a spice shaker, and just sprinkle it on my food. It doesn't change the taste of the food, and so convenient to use, without getting out a blender to clean up.

The container (bottle) is the same as the capsule version of of the product. BUT it is powder. You are supposed to somehow get a teaspoon of the powder out and mix in a blender. Deceptive and logistically worthless.

Not bad tasting , I will be reordering.

I mix this with a little orange juice and water in a jar with a mixing ball. Works great and tastes good too.
