I'm a collector and this makes a nice little addition to my collection. The ghost in the TV is the Sylvanians version of Poltergeist!!

It's as big as my hand ✋️
Very cute the cat is a Sulvanian kid not an adult so the set is very small. It has the rare ghost which is very sweet. The cat is smooth and soft and my 11 year old squealed when she opened it so she was very pleased. The pricing isn't to bad seeing as it was reduced. It has the same classic sulvanian quality and when it has been outgrown I will steal it for my Halloween display! I will probably purchase it again for my younger daughter.

This is adorable! Got it for my daughter who has just got into the world of Sylvanian families. Comes with a Mike black cat, who can turn into a ghost as well as a little spooky ghost, TV, cough abd it features a little lift that moves tugged car up stairs.

This is so cute. Bought it for a gift for Halloween and recipient sat playing with it all afternoon. It really is awesome.

Small and fiddly for a 3 year old
It is a lovely little set, but it hasn't really worked for us. My daughter is 3, she struggles to do the lift and struggles to put the ghost costume on so she was constantly getting frustrated with it and asking me to do it. No sooner had I put the costume on she was asking again. She gave up playing with the set, especially with the house being so small, so I've put the cat and the accessories into one of her bigger houses. It's just too small and fiddly for her unfortunately.
