Not for an OBS
Bought this for my 97 7.3 thinking that it would fit and it did not. the overall circumference is too big and catches on the block when you try to screw it in. I don't know if it would work for a new body style but it did not work for an OBS

Temporary fix..
Good price but part failed after two months. It started leaking oil out the top and the CEL code of P1280 came back.

Does not fit diesel!
This part doesn't fit the 7.3 powerstroke. Part no. F6TZ 9F838 A does not fit. They say that it's this part no., but the actual part isn't right. See picture for details. The thread count is different, and the orifice size is different. The left is Amazon, the right is Motorcraft Ford parts. The Amazon sensor doesn't thread in far enough.

Doesn't last long
Fixed the problem for a very short time . Bought another from Napa and has been fine since . This isn't a part you want to save money on . Spent the extra money and buy the oem from Napa and you won't have any problems
