Wonderful iron! The results are smooth hair that does NOT get burned from lesser quality irons. Typical, famous CHI - love it! (Only downfall is that it wasn't boxed. It was shipped in its original packaging. I don't recall being given the option of concealing the product. Therefore, if you don't want anyone to see your product, I recommend looking for the option to conceal the packaging.) That is all.

I have an older model and honestly I wish I had upgraded to this model sooner... old one was like 8 years old and finally bit the dust, so it paid its dues... but wow does this one work as good but so much better! So happy with this purchase and would recommend for sure! Doing my hair more often because it just works that well!
