I have had one of these for years, 5 years or more, and it has been to hell and back more times than I can say1 I have dropped it soo many times, I have put an ice pick to it on the inside to bust up my ice, almost on a daily basis, it goes with me everywhere I go because I am so thirty all the time. I ordered 4 more and just received them, they are exactly like the one I have. I ordered them so I could get rid of the "other" brand of mugs/glasses somewhat like these, but they have cracks in them. These are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for hot and cold beverages. GREAT PURCHASE!

Purchased 2 in May 2021, one lasted 6 months and the other is trash now. Very poor seal between the layers. Hand washed only. Would not purchase again.

I liked the features of the mug, but it did not arrive with the travel lid, as promised in the description "These plastic cups are BPA free and include a sturdy travel lid with a sliding top."I bought this for my mother to use, who is blind, to keep her cat from drinking out of her mug. But, it requires a lid in order to do so. So, I'll have to return it.

I’ve had similar mugs for years and love them. I haven’t been able to find them any more, so tried these instead. These are very nice glasses with handles, but the handles are too wide and flat. If the handles were more rounded and not so wide, they would be perfect. I find them uncomfortable to hold.

I bought these to replace my 92 year old Dad’s Thermoserv coffee mugs. He didn’t like them, but I do. Keeps the coffee/tea hot, and they are large and attractive. I now have 4.

I have now had three of these and every single one leaked, had water on the interior wall. Why would I buy another ? Wide base, large handle, and lightweight. Could not find another with wide bottom. Turvis is high quality but the base is smaller than the top so it can tip more easily. They stopped making the wide base years ago. I bought my most recent one this year. I only hand wash it but I’ve given up because of the poor quality. I would think given the many reviews that mention this problem the company would fix the problem.

Nice looking and functional, I like 20 oz of coffee in the morning, my old acrylic cup is getting cracks in the sides after 12 years of microwaving, so thank you for a great product!
