Product was not original, it has no tag. (Seller already mentioned that somewhere).Package came without a carton, only the filter, so the carrier put in their own carton, which was thin and had damages to the package as well as the filter, indeed the Purifier did not recognize as had no tag (electric chip).I requested to be returned, and to get refund, for all mentioned above, seller cooperated.
