This is a lovely product and worth it for anyone considering making sushi at home. Made being a sushi “chef” much easier. Takes practice but it is really fun. Comes with helpful instructions on how to roll. Recommend.

Much much much easier to clean than bamboo mats. If I never have to clean shredded carrot out of bamboo it will be too soon. It feels weird at first because it's a little stiff compared to a bamboo mat, but you get used to it real quick. Especially when you clean it. Perfect size for American style rolls.
