It's good for your daily life

I was taking similar capsules of different brand. I was quite sceptical about buying this particular brand (coz the price was low), but I'd say it's value for money. I'd say same quality of ingredients wrapped up in a relatively lesser price. What else do you need :-)

I had ordered a pack of two - one each for my mother and self. We both have taken two capsule every day (morning + evening) for a month. There is absolutely no positive impact of this in any way. Plus, these capsules cause occasional burps with the smell of non-veg in the mouth (in spite of taking it with lots of water). Fortunately, it does not last long, and goes away with extra intake of water.Looking at the brand name, we had big hopes. But it's been a disappointment. I am now exploring other options as we both need Omega-3 fatty acid supplement.
