The strap ends are leather, as is the acoustic snap end. The rest is woven polyester, which of course is oil/fossil fuel based. There are cotton and hemp options on Amazon. Good luck.

Does this work on a Xbox 360 guitar hero guitar?

If the guitar has strap buttons on it,it should fit. However, I can't remember if those toy guitars have strap buttons or not. I used to play that game with my son,but that was a long time ago,so I don't remember. Good luck.

Hi, If there are strap button on both the bottom of the guitar and by the base of the neck, you're fine. These are what the strap ends slide over and onto. If the guitar lacks a button by the neck, you can have any guitar shop install one. Usually they'll do so on the spot or fairly quickly. The other approach is to tie the one strap end to the Button Headstock Adaptor. About the safety strap locks(Washers), you put the strap on your guitar as normal and then these go on top to stop the button slipping out. safety locks is elastic, just stretch it over your strap button to hold your strap securely in place.
