It is cheaply made and NON-RETURNABLE. A waste of my hard earn money. The material is cheap. The skirt is pieces of mesh sewn at the top to the waist band. The wings are just a piece of printed fabric without wire so that you have to extend your arms to “open” the wings.

I thought it was a layered tutu, it is a waste band with strips of tule/ fabric attached. Had to safety pin wings to my daughters shoulders to keep shape, but it was easy to put on and go over clothes

I'm really disappointed with the quality of this costume. It's thin and flimsier than other's I've purchased. It's also ill-fitting. Super bummed I can't return this one.

This costume was so cute! My daughter loved being able to spread her wings and fly rather than just have them open on her back.

This did not look like what I'd hoped. Ended up buying another costume. The wings look like a shawl. the detailing leaves a lot to he desired. I'm probably gonna turn the shawl into a head scarf becuase my kid nor I were impressed.
