An excellent purchase and fit for purpose. Works like a charm with no downsides. A must have when compared to the more expensive camera native brands. 5 star in every sense, delivered on time safely and highly recommended!

Adaptor does not allow lens to align with the top of the camera. The two black dots on the lens should align with the top vertical center of the camera. There are no adjustments available to correct this issue. Sending back and buying a higher end brand that will align the lens properly. This also produces poor vignetting since the lens is not aligned to the sensor.

A little to tight makes it difficult to remove from the lens

I had used an Urth filter, which was very good, but never one of their adapters. I got the Leica R lens to M adapter and it was better than I expected it to be. The build quality, the fit of the lens to the adapter, and the fit of the adapter to the camera is excellent. Not too tight, and does not have any play. My Leica M10 recognizes the adapter and I can manually select the lens. The EVF or live view has to be used for focusing as there is no connection between the range finder and the lens. I just use the Visoflex 020, focus magnification, and focus peaking and get tack sharp images from vintage Leica lenses. I will probably also add the Urth L adapter for M lenses since this one is so good at a very nice price.

Bought this mount because less expensive mounts are unable to focus closer than 6ft. 3x the price for 2 extra feet. The 135 lines are there but I have yet to try my 135. Also, haven’t shot any rolls so I can’t verify focus accuracy as some reviews have suggested it is a little off.

I love Urth - I think have 6 different adapter from them because of all my damn camera and lens mounts. The packaging is excellent and very green. The adapters are high quality and machined perfectly.
