Q: can you use ruggies on laminate floors.

I bought them for just that purpose. They were awful. Didn't stick to my rug back. Left a residue on my laminate floor that was had to remove. In the trash they went.

Q: Does it work on rugs that are on carpet

no it didn't work on rugs or on tiles

Q: do they work on wet surface

Harold....do not know if they would work on a wet surface but I don't think they would. They were real slippery when I washed them to remove dirt that was stuck to them.

Q: is the tape in the box with the ruggies

There is no tape. They have a non slip finish that keeps the carpet from slipping. It has been a while, but I think that some may come with an adhesive to stick to the carpet side.
