KrausKBU12 23 inch Undermount Single Bowl 16 gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink

First of all, I wanted a single bowl sink that didn't overwhelm my kitchen counter. And, I wanted a sink that was less industrial looking than the commercial-like sinks. The design of the sink with its rounded corners makes cleaning easy. Like all stainless products, it shows water spots if you don't wipe them up. But Kraus included a micro-towel for this purpose. The sink is quiet due to the sound dampening Kraus has put on the outside walls and underside. I especially like the drain rack that fits in the bottom. It is functional but stylish. The rack comes with extra feet and bumpers so you can replace them when you need to. While this is a relatively small sink, I can put a dishpan on one side and still have room in the sink to rinse things off. A great choice for the new quartz counters we had installed.

Perfecto! No se mancha con el agua, no se ralla y fácil instalación.La coladera de la contracanasta atrapa los residuos de alimentos pero sería mejor que tuviera perforaciones más pequeñas para atrapar más residuos.

Have not installed. This is my second purchase for my 2nd home. The only thing I do not like about this sink is the sink drainer. The first sink I had was a bigger kraus sink and had a basket drainer. I did not notice that this does not come with a basket drainer. Ordered the basket drainer and hope that it will be compatible to this sink. If only they could provide an option between the type of drainers.

Wow. This is a beautiful bit of craftsmanship at a more than reasonable price.Forget "flat-finish" stainless steel, this sink has an embossed texture which looks and feels amazing. It is more of a "warm grey" than the stark silver which is usually associated with stainless steel. Contrast between the sink, faucet, rack and trim add depth and character. The 16 gauge steel and thoughtful construction does a superb job of deadening sound, and the included chromed wire rack will prevent heavy pots and pans from scratching the bottom. Speaking of which, let's be honest for a moment. Stainless steel scratches. No matter how "resistant" they make it, there is someone in your life who will manage to disprove that claim sooner or later.The sink comes with a standard size drain/strainer/stopper assembly which is also very well constructed. I instead chose to install an Insinkerator Badger 900 garbage disposal. It's an either/or proposition with this sink.I coupled this sink with a Kraus KPF-2110 Single Lever Stainless Steel Pull Out Kitchen Faucet. While the faucet has a few very minor functional flaws, I wouldn't trade it for 2 faucets from almost any other manufacturer that you can name.While you may not share my enthusiasm for these particular products, I hope you'll take my advice and accept no less than 16 gauge stainless steel for your sink!
